Don’t have kids?  Then why should you care about the schools?

If you think you don’t need to look at the school ratings in your area think again.  The performance of the schools in your neighborhood can have a major impact on your home’s value.  West Houston and Memorial home values have stayed steady and strong through the past few years in large part due to great schools.

Ray K. Dailey Elementary School  located on Briar Forest in West Houston’s energy corridor has recently received an exemplary rating.   One more great reason to buy a home in West Houston’s Energy Corridor.
